All sales are final. To return an item for another size or color, please call our Customer Service department at (787) 707-0826 within the 14 days after the delivery date through Teatrocentro.

The customer may choose to replace the defective piece with another item, have it fixed or receive a refund to the original method of payment. 

Defects must be caused by manufacturing defects. Defects cause by the misses or inappropriate use of the product are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our store or vice-versa. The Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information.

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different item call Customer Service WITHIN THE 14-DAY TIME LIMIT at +1 (787) 707-0826. A restocking fee of $5.00 may be applied. 

Returns of acceptable items must be made within 14 days of the shipping date from Teatrocentro.

Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Items must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for return:

  • Regular in-stock merchandise
  • New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
  • Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles
  • Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox and/or bag in a mailing container.

The following are final-sale items, and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Tights
  • Undergarments
  • To-order merchandise
  • Special-order merchandise
  • Clearance merchandise
  • Makeup

Other items that will not be accepted for return:

  • Those sent back to Teatrocentro without a Return Authorization number
  • Those sent back to Teatrocentro after the 14-day return period

Privacy Policy

None of the information collected on our website will be sold or shared with third parties. It will be used with the sole intention of internal matters and/or customer studies to better our offer of services and/or products.
