Returns & Exchange POLICY

 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED UPON AUTHORIZATION 

 

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color or a different item call Customer Service WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME LIMIT at +1 (787) 707-0826. Restock fee of $5.00 may be applied. 

 

  • Returns of acceptable items must be made within 30 days of the shipping date from TEATROCENTRO.

 

  • The Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information.

 

  • Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

 

  • Items must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for return – no exceptions:

            Regular in-stock merchandise

            New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached

            Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles

                        Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox and/or bag in a mailing container

                       

  • The following are final-sale items, and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances: tights, undergarments, to-order merchandise, special-order merchandise, clearance merchandise.

        

  • Other items that will not be accepted for return:

            Those sent back to TEATROCENTRO without a Return Authorization number

            Those sent back to TEATROCENTRO after the 30-day return period

 

  • If you are requesting a refund, your funds will be returned using the method with which you originally placed the order. Refunds cannot be claimed within any TEATROCENTRO store, they do not have access to your Payment or Order information.
